„The testing chamber, and the staff's approach and willingness beyond requirements — I can only recommend them.“
Our testing laboratory specialises in testing in the fields of environmental simulation, mechanical and material testing, microscopic analysis and precision measurement. We have been accredited to ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025 since 2014. Thanks to a broad portfolio of equipment combined with the know-how of our specialists, we can offer the expertise and flexibility you need — always adapting to each customer's specific requirements, whether in terms of testing speed, equipment or tailor-made testing procedures, and even equipment rental.
We offer both quality-control tests and development testing of materials or entire products.

The testing laboratory is equipped with a wide range of top equipment that meets the latest industrial standards and norms which, together with our regularly trained testing specialists, lets us guarantee the highest level of quality and accuracy of results.
Our strength is not only a broad offer of standardised tests, but also the ability to develop and carry out non-standard tests to customer requirements, including combined measurement methods that allow a comprehensive evaluation of how materials and components behave in real conditions.
By connecting research, development and laboratory practice, we are able not only to perform testing but also to provide expert consultancy and interpretation of results. Our specialists are continuously trained in the latest methods and procedures, ensuring maximum efficiency and relevance of the tests performed.

If you don't have enough testing capacity of your own and don't want to outsource tests to external laboratories, or you need equipment close at hand — so-called "in-house" — you'll find a solution with us in the form of equipment rental.
Yes. During tests we can run active samples — devices that are powered and operating throughout testing — and simulate various operating states, including switching on and off according to a predefined scenario. If needed, we can arrange the complete wiring of the sample, including the connection of measuring instruments and the configuration of monitoring systems. For maximum control over the test we also offer online logging of electrical quantities such as voltage, current or temperature, so any deviation or fault can be identified and addressed quickly.
Our pricing is not based on a fixed hourly rate. The price of a test depends mainly on the type and length of testing, the complexity of preparation and the utilisation of the specific equipment. We prepare an individual quotation for every project that reflects all of these factors, so we can offer the most efficient solution with regard to your requirements and budget.
Yes. We can combine environmental-simulation tests with other material-testing methods to obtain a more complete picture of how materials or products behave in real conditions. For example, we can perform a microscopic analysis before thermal shocks begin, again after the first part of the test, and once more after the whole series is complete — letting us track changes in microstructure, the formation of cracks, delamination or other defects throughout. If you need a specific combination of tests, we'll gladly design the optimal procedure for you.
Based on the specification of the tested sample, we can design and manufacture suitable clamping fixtures for various types of tests, taking into account both the mechanical properties of the sample and the test conditions — vibration, thermal cycles or shock loading. Our individual approach ensures the sample is fixed safely and stably, which minimises the risk of unwanted movement or damage while allowing accurate measurement of the results.
In exceptional cases that require an urgent start, we try to find a way to begin testing as soon as possible. The option to prioritise your order depends on the current workload of the laboratory and the type of tests required. If your case is urgent, we recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can assess the available options.
Yes — if you wish, you are welcome to attend the test in person. A customer's presence is especially useful for more complex tests or when specific requirements need to be discussed as the test proceeds. Attendance must be arranged in advance so we can ensure the safety measures and adapt the organisation of the test — please let us know when placing your order.
We offer several rental options depending on your needs. You can rent equipment either for use directly at your company, or for testing in our laboratory. When renting in our laboratory you can take part in the test and operate the equipment yourself — after prior training and under the supervision of our specialists. If you rent at your premises, we arrange transport, installation and operator training. For longer-term needs, a buyout of the equipment can also be agreed. Please contact us for details of the available equipment and rental terms.
Accredited tests are carried out in line with the strict requirements of accreditation bodies, e.g. ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025. They ensure a high level of reliability and repeatability and are recognised internationally — their results carry more weight, for example in product certification, demonstrating conformity with standards or resolving legal disputes. Non-accredited tests are performed outside the accreditation scope, yet to the same or similar methods and procedures — they are suitable for development tests, verifying partial properties or internal quality control. The choice depends on the purpose of testing and your specific requirements, and we'll be happy to advise.
Our accreditation is flexible, which means that within our accredited scope we can test to new and revised standards without a lengthy extension of scope. You'll find the details in our certificate of accreditation.
