We are a testing laboratory complying with the procedures of ISO 17025 in the field of tensile, compression and bending strength testing of materials, and the simulation of the external environment on a product. Material strength testing

Do you want to know what a metal or plastic can withstand before it breaks, bends or deforms? That is exactly what mechanical material tests are for.

In our laboratory we test how various materials behave under load – whether it is tension, compression or bending. These tests help determine how strong, elastic or durable a given material is, and are important, for example, in the development of new products, in construction, mechanical engineering or the automotive industry.

Our goal is to deliver accurate and understandable results that help companies and individuals better understand the properties of the materials they work with.

Measurement of the material's strength properties
A wide portfolio of jaws and clamps for gripping various types of specimens
Option to pre-condition specimens in a temperature or climatic chamber
Real-time recording of the test
On request, we are able to inspect and document the specimen under a microscope after the test is completed

Our laboratories are equipped with a 50 kN tensile testing machine, but we are flexible in this respect and are able to provide the customer with equipment tailored to their requirements.

Tensile tests

ČSN EN ISO 6892 specifies the procedure for tensile testing of metallic materials at room temperature.

Plastics testing

Determination of the tensile properties of plastics according to ISO 527-1 and ISO 527-2.

Special requirements

We can respond flexibly to a wide range of testing requirements. From the design of a clamping fixture to serial testing.

Bending tests

ČSN EN ISO 178 defines the 3-point bending behaviour of thermoplastics and thermosets, including filled and reinforced polymer compounds.

We test for you according to standards and according to your requirements

Because there are countless specifications and standards in the field of material testing, it is essential to carefully study all the standards for every order, according to which the customer requires testing. We have access to a standards portal from which we can download them, so in most cases it is enough to tell us the designation of the standard.

Test report

This document contains key information about the tested sample and the course of the test. We provide the report in Czech or English according to your needs.

We issue both an accredited and a non-accredited test report according to customer requirements. The type of report is determined by the chosen testing standard.

Not sure how to test your sample? We'll help. We have years of experience and will recommend the most suitable procedure. And if you already know exactly what you want, we'll be your partner — without unnecessary questions.

Our equipment covers most requirements. If something is missing, thanks to our links with manufacturers of testing technology we can often arrange even specialised equipment outside our laboratory.
