Together with our experienced colleague and certified corrosion engineer Ing. Ondřej Janča, we have prepared a full-day seminar on Theoretical and Practical Experience in Corrosion Testing for you, designed for all staff to acquire the fundamentals.
The topic covers a theoretical overview of corrosion tests, a practical demonstration of the corrosion chamber, the correct procedure for carrying out a test, the results and interpretation of tests, and the test report. This seminar is followed by a more advanced level for experienced users.
So that we can give every participant our full attention, the seminar capacity is limited to 12 people. Earlier registrations take priority, so do not hesitate to register.
Salt spray, condensation test, cyclic tests and corrosive-gas testing.
How to proceed correctly when preparing the salt solution, the methodology of corrosivity measurement, deposition measurement according to the standard, reference samples, and so on.
We will go through the basic standards linked to corrosion testing: ISO 9227, ISO 6270-2, PV1210 and VDA 233-102.
You will look at the various mechanical parts of the corrosion chamber and we will tell you more about the recommended working procedures and chamber maintenance.

He has devoted more than 10 years to surfaces, material testing and corrosion engineering. He has experience with the practical performance of tests in the laboratory, with running an accredited testing laboratory in accordance with ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025, and with lecturing for JD Academy, the University of Pardubice, CTU and various professional conferences.
