Basic information about the seminar

The specialists at JD Dvořák have prepared a full-day seminar on Theoretical and Practical Experience in Temperature and Climatic Testing for you, designed for all staff in this field to acquire and further broaden their fundamental knowledge.

The topic covers a theoretical overview of the subject, examples and readings from the standards, a practical demonstration of the climatic chamber, the correct procedure for carrying out a test, the results and interpretation of tests, and the test report.

So that we can give every participant our full attention, the seminar capacity is limited to 12 people. Earlier registrations take priority, so do not hesitate to register.

Overview of test chambers

In the theoretical overview of temperature and climatic chambers we will look at temperature profiles, performance confirmation, the rate of temperature change and other related topics.

Carrying out tests in practice

You will learn how to work correctly with samples, where to place them within the test space and how to program the test itself.

Results and interpretation of tests

How to handle results and the correct interpretation of tests, and what a test report should look like.

Practical demonstration of the climatic chamber

We will look at the individual mechanical parts of the chamber and tell you more about the recommended working procedures and user maintenance of the chamber.

Radek Lovětínský

Head of the Accredited Testing Laboratory, JD Dvořák

He has been working in the testing field, and thus at JD Dvořák, for more than 25 years. He currently looks after our Accredited Testing Laboratory, which under his leadership has grown from a small climatic test room into a laboratory offering a broad range of tests — from temperature and climatic tests, through corrosion and solar-simulation tests, to vibration tests. He is also responsible for our materials testing laboratory.
