„The testing chamber, and the staff's approach and willingness beyond requirements — I can only recommend them.“
Our laboratory offers comprehensive testing of plastic materials, which helps to verify their mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy and resistance to external influences. Thanks to a wide range of methods and modern equipment, we provide accurate data for development, quality control and long-term evaluation of the service life of plastic products.
We measure the hardness of plastics using the Rockwell R, Shore (A and D) and IRHD methods. The Micro Shore A and IRHD Micro methods are also suitable for measuring small parts, such as O-rings, and allow accurate evaluation of elastomers and softer plastics. The results of hardness tests provide important information about the mechanical resistance of the material.
We carry out tensile tests of plastics, which determine their strength characteristics – tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and modulus of elasticity. These parameters are essential for assessing the mechanical behaviour of the plastic under load and its ability to deform without failure.
We test the resistance of plastic materials to sunlight, i.e. full-spectrum radiation. This radiation contains all three components: ultraviolet (UV), visible and infrared (IR). We simulate long-term exposure to sunlight under controlled conditions in order to evaluate changes in colour, mechanical properties or surface degradation.
Our specialised workplace is equipped with modern microscopes that enable measurement with high resolution and accuracy. These measurements serve to verify compliance with the drawing documentation, to check shape deviations and to ensure the quality of production.
We'll be happy to advise you.

In our laboratory we carry out comprehensive testing of plastic materials, which helps to verify their mechanical properties, resistance to external influences and long-term reliability. We focus on tests of hardness, strength, ductility and resistance to sunlight. Thanks to modern methods and instruments, we provide accurate data for the development of new products, quality control and evaluation of the service life of plastic parts.
To ensure the quality and reliability of plastic and polymer products, we carry out tests according to a number of international and Czech standards. We focus on hardness measurement (Shore, IRHD and ball indentation methods), tensile and flexural properties, as well as compression resistance of soft foam materials. We also test the resistance of plastic materials to sunlight. These tests provide a comprehensive overview of the behaviour of materials and serve as a basis for development, quality control and certification of products.
Tell us your testing requirements (e.g. via the inquiry form, email or phone).
We contact you and clarify the test specification and timeline.
You receive a structured price quotation from us.
After your order we reserve the date and capacity.
You deliver the samples to us in person or by courier.
We carry out the test on the reserved date.
After the test we send the test report electronically.
We'll gladly go through the test results with you.
This document contains key information about the tested sample and the course of the test. We provide the report in Czech or English according to your needs.
We issue both an accredited and a non-accredited test report according to customer requirements. The type of report is determined by the chosen testing standard.
Not sure how to test your sample? We'll help. We have years of experience and will recommend the most suitable procedure. And if you already know exactly what you want, we'll be your partner — without unnecessary questions.
Our equipment covers most requirements. If something is missing, thanks to our links with manufacturers of testing technology we can often arrange even specialised equipment outside our laboratory.
You can rely on both the equipment and our arrangements. We service and calibrate everything ourselves, so we can react quickly and adapt tests to get you results as soon as possible.
Every job is unique to us. We always try to understand your needs and tailor the service exactly to what you expect.
We'll be happy to advise you.

We test a wide range of plastic and elastomer materials, including engineering plastics, soft polymers and foam materials.
The time depends on the type of test and the scope of testing. Common mechanical tests usually take 3–7 working days.
Yes, we use the Micro Shore A and IRHD Micro methods, which are ideal for small and soft components.
Yes, we carry out temperature and climatic tests, also in combination with full-spectrum sunlight.
Of course. With each test we supply a detailed report with the results, methodology and any evaluation.
