„The testing chamber, and the staff's approach and willingness beyond requirements — I can only recommend them.“
Transport tests are a key tool for verifying the resistance of products and packaging during transport. On the way to the end customer, products are exposed to vibration, shocks, changes in temperature, humidity and impacts, which can lead to their damage. By simulating these conditions in a laboratory environment, weak points can be identified in advance and it can be ensured that the product arrives in perfect condition, even after long and demanding transport. Transport tests thus help manufacturers and distributors to reduce the risk of complaints and to increase the reliability of the supply chain.
In transport vibration tests we simulate the loading that arises during transport by road, rail, sea or air. Shocks and vibrations are transmitted to the product over a long period and can cause the gradual loosening of joints, cracks or deformations. We carry out the tests using sinusoidal oscillations, random vibrations and combined profiles that correspond to real transport conditions. This makes it possible to accurately evaluate the service life of the product and its packaging and to reveal structural weaknesses before they fail in practice.
During transport and storage, products often face changing climatic conditions – from freezing temperatures through tropical humidity to sharp alternation of day and night. Climatic transport tests therefore verify the resistance of materials to extreme temperatures, humidity, condensation and temperature cycles. These tests are essential especially for electronics, plastic components or sensitive surface finishes, where degradation, cracking or loss of functionality can occur. In this way we verify not only the product itself but also the quality of its packaging, which must protect the product throughout the entire logistics chain.
Handling during loading, unloading or storage is among the riskiest phases of transport. Drop tests therefore evaluate the resistance of the packaging and the product to the impacts that can occur when falling from a pallet, a conveyor or during manual handling. We carry out the tests from various heights and angles of impact in order to cover the most common real-life situations. The result is verification of whether the packaging sufficiently absorbs impacts and protects the product even during rough handling.
In addition to vibration and drops, during transport the product is subject to other mechanical influences – for example compression when stacking pallets, impacts when moving in containers or deformation under long-term loading. Mechanical transport tests therefore include pressure tests, compression tests, vibration shocks and other simulations. These tests help to assess the overall robustness of the packaging and the product and to ensure that it retains its functionality and appearance even under extreme loading during transport.

We carry out transport tests to verify the resistance of products and packaging during transport. Climatic tests, Mechanical tests, Vibration tests and Drop tests.
Tell us your testing requirements (e.g. via the inquiry form, email or phone).
We contact you and clarify the test specification and timeline.
You receive a structured price quotation from us.
After your order we reserve the date and capacity.
You deliver the samples to us in person or by courier.
We carry out the test on the reserved date.
After the test we send the test report electronically.
We'll gladly go through the test results with you.
This document contains key information about the tested sample and the course of the test. We provide the report in Czech or English according to your needs.
We issue both an accredited and a non-accredited test report according to customer requirements. The type of report is determined by the chosen testing standard.
Not sure how to test your sample? We'll help. We have years of experience and will recommend the most suitable procedure. And if you already know exactly what you want, we'll be your partner — without unnecessary questions.
Our equipment covers most requirements. If something is missing, thanks to our links with manufacturers of testing technology we can often arrange even specialised equipment outside our laboratory.
You can rely on both the equipment and our arrangements. We service and calibrate everything ourselves, so we can react quickly and adapt tests to get you results as soon as possible.
Every job is unique to us. We always try to understand your needs and tailor the service exactly to what you expect.
We'll be happy to advise you.

Transport tests help to reveal weaknesses in a product or packaging even before they reach the customer. Thanks to them, the number of complaints can be reduced, the service life of the product extended and the reliability of deliveries ensured.
We carry out the tests according to internationally recognised standards, such as ISTA, ASTM or ISO, or according to the specific requirements of the customer. This makes it possible to tailor the testing to a particular market and logistics chain.
Transport tests are suitable for a wide range of products – from electronics, household appliances and automotive components to industrial equipment or medical technology. We verify both the product itself and its packaging.
Yes, transport tests usually include a combination of vibration, climatic cycles, drops and mechanical loads in order to correspond as faithfully as possible to the real conditions of transport. This makes the test result as close as possible to the actual loading in practice.
